The app is built such that you should receive a VoIP phone call at the scheduled time. If no humans are available to call you at that time, you will receive an automated call 2 minutes after your scheduled call time. Why 2 minutes? We give our callers 2 minutes to call and if they don’t call within that time, an automated call will be made.
