The Wake Up Call Service is a free mobile app that allows you to schedule a wake up call (or any other type of call) and get a call from a real, friendly person at your chosen time. It’s available for download on most mobile devices via the Apple App Store or Google Play.

One of our friendly callers, located somewhere in the world, will give you a call at your scheduled time. If a caller is not available to call you, then you will receive an automated call with a friendly recording that is new each day.

While most people use this app to get a wake up call at a scheduled time, we’ve called people at all times of the day and night, presumably for various reasons. With the premium version of the app, you can even tell us exactly why you scheduled the call and tell us the topics that you want us to discuss with you. It’s totally up to you what you want to talk about on the call. We’ll kindly greet you and then just let it flow from there.

All first-time users of the app get 5 free wake up calls. After 5 calls with actual humans, users must buy the Premium version of the app in order to schedule more calls. If you schedule a call but no humans are available to call you, you will get an automated call with a recording. These automated calls do not count against your 5 call limit.

You can easily cancel any call or simply choose not to answer the phone. However, please note, that if you choose not to answer a live call from one of our callers, it will count against your 5 call limit. This is because callers are taking time out of their day to call you.

The app is built such that you should receive a VoIP phone call at the scheduled time. If no humans are available to call you at that time, you will receive an automated call 2 minutes after your scheduled call time. Why 2 minutes? We give our callers 2 minutes to call and if they don’t call within that time, an automated call will be made.

Please ensure that your phone is configured to receive audible calls for whenever your call is scheduled to occur. For the best results, please add “Wake Up Call Service” to any exception list for any “Do Not Disturb” of “Focus Mode” settings that you use on your phone.

We try to make the calls using WiFi if you have a connection available. If not, the call may use some of your cell service minutes, but all free calls are limited to 1 minute and 30 seconds in length, so they are fairly short calls.

The call will happen within 2 minutes of your scheduled time. This gives a live caller enough time to make the call. We give our callers 2 minutes to call, and if they don’t call within that time, an automated call will be made.
